"Jennie and I felt compelled to write to you concerning the building work which you and your team have carried out at our house.
We would like to say that we have been delighted with every aspect of the work undertaken. From the moment we first came into contact with you, you have been professional, business-like and highly personable. Your team of builders, joiners, roofers etc, have also been friendly and considerate from day one until the end of the building work.
The overall finish and general fit and feel of the extension work is immaculate. We were particularly impressed with the flawless brick work, the almost seamless joining of old bricks to new, the exterior ground work (such as the work done to the edge of the drive and the front pillar with the surrounding stones), and the finish inside as well. The mess was kept to a minimum, even when breaking through to the original house. This was very much appreciated, particularly in view of Jennie's pregnancy.
Throughout the time you spent on our house, you have always been keen to keep in regular contact with us. You have kept us informed of all the work being undertaken, and you have always let us know when changes have had to be made to the original plans. Lines of communication have always been kept open. You and your team have also kept rigidly to schedule, which was excellent, particularly considering the relatively short time slot we gave you for the build.
